Payment Terms: Payment for products or service deposits must be made in full via our approved payment gateways before delivery or commencement of work.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for products or services due to inaccuracies in pricing or availability.

Physical Products: Delivery timelines and costs will be calculated at checkout. ICS Agency is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Digital Products: E-books or digital templates are delivered via email or download link immediately upon payment. These items are generally non-refundable once the link has been accessed.
Refund Policy: In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers may return defective physical goods within a specified timeframe. Service cancellations are subject to our specific cooling-off periods outlined in individual service contracts.
